Tilak Varma wins the POTM award
Tilak Varma wins the Player of the Match award for his 75* off 33 balls innings.
"I always say I love finishing games. Playing World Cups, playing international games, it helps, you get experience and confidence. We did not expect a wicket like this - it was slow and low. We saw how Punjab struggled in first 15 overs. We thought to take the game deep, and I was believing in myself, was holding my shape and backing myself."

Captain Shreyas Iyer reflects on PBKS loss
"Tough pill to swallow. Don't want to pinpoint a situation. It was a great game of cricket. He (Tilak) played an amazing knock, and manoeuvred the field nicely - so credit to him. (On Omarzai) At a point, we were looking at 170-180, and he simply changed the momentum towards us. Getting to 200 was a commendable performance. (On their next game) Definitely excited about the next opportunity. An afternoon game and we need to win two out of two - can't wait to play."
PBKS playoff scenarios
With 13 points in 12 games, Punjab Kings remain in the 4th position, 3 points behind leaders RCB and GT, and a point behind SRH.
Punjab Kings can still reach 17 points if they manage to win their remaining two games against RCB (in Dharamsala on May 17) and LSG (in Lucknow on May 23).
However, CSK and RR, who have played 11 games each, can surpass PBKS if they win their next games. So, Shreyas Iyer's team need to win their remaining two matches and also need CSK and RR to lose their next games.
