Shreyas Iyer wins the POTM award
Shreyas Iyer wins the Player of the Match award for his match-winning hundred today.
"Ecstatic, first hundred of the season, we won eventually after six consecutive losses. Support MI tomorrow. Elated by the bowling performance after going for 16 off the first over, Azmat bowled brilliant ... it's all about momentum in this situation, Yuzi got a crucial wicket of Pant, he showed his character after leaking runs in the previous game ... I know if I give myself time in the middle and time the ball, rather than getting on top of the ball ... I know I need to stay out there for as long as possible."
Rishabh Pant eyes strong comeback next season
"It's a tough one, we have to bite the bullet, keep our head high, has been a lot of learning ... tough season for us for sure. I think we scored enough, it's harder in the second innings because the batting gets easier, that's why everyone wants to field first. As a team we want to look at the positives, Josh Inglis, Mitch Marsh, Prince had a terrific season, Mohsin coming back from injury ... Shami bhai. Definitely a lot of positives. It's been a long season, we promise to come back stronger next year."

KKR chase tough scenario tomorrow
If RR lose against MI in the afternoon game tomorrow, then to overcome Punjab's net run rate, KKR need to beat Delhi Capitals by 77 runs if they score 200 while batting first. If they are batting second, then Ajinkya Rahane's side needs to chase 180 total inside 12.4 overs.
These odds are looking almost impossible, considering Delhi is playing with a nothing-to-lose attitude tomorrow.
Delhi Capitals eliminated; Punjab take lead in the Playoff race
With 15 points in 14 games, Punjab Kings jump to 4th position in the points table with net run rate of 0.309. Delhi Capitals, who play KKR tomorrow, are officially eliminated.
PBKS now need RR and KKR lose their last game tomorrow. RR are ahead in the race as they can secure the last playoff spot with 16 points if they beat MI at Wankhede tomorrow.
KKR can also make the playoffs, but they need RR to lose against MI tomorrow, and then they have to beat DC by a big margin to overcome Punjab's NRR.
